Ultratron Vintage Plus

The Arcane Inc. Ultratron is a modified filtertron design that fits in the classic filtertron humbucker footprint, that is where the similarities end. This Filtertron is wound to have an output that can compete with humbucker, strat or tele pickup equipped guitars without needing to completely readjust your amp settings and still maintaining a Filtertron tone.

The Ultratron Vintage plus is also a road ready pickup, modified to eliminate the feedback issues of vintage filtertrons when played with more gain. This pickup was extensively road tested with Richard Fortus of Guns and Roses to solve the problems he encountered with output differences and feedback while maintain a great tone.

Wound on an antique winding machine with custom spec wire, and using tuned Alnico Magnets, built with precision milled parts and select grade steel for all the components. Every pickup is meticulously hand assembled to make a pickup that is the ultimate in quality. Each pickup is individually Serial Numbered and engraved with the Arcane Inc. logo on the base plate.

Comes with the Arcane Inc. packaging consisting of a hand written labeled box, a cloth bag, Arcane Inc. sticker, screws and springs included.

4 conductor lead wire allows you to split this pickup.

Black – Hot

Green and Bare – Ground

Red and White – Soldered and Isolated

Green and Red – Screw Coil

Black and White - Slug Coil
